Location is excellent, located at JR Funabashi Station. Also very near Keisei Funabashi Station. Convenient to travel to/from Narita Airport. Not far away from Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station. Easy to travel to places in Chiba like Makuhari and Disneyland. Good choice to stay away from the expensive room rate in Tokyo. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious single room, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Staff are polite and helpful. Self check-in and check-out machine are convenient and easy to use. The room rate this time is superb, less than 11,000 Yen per night. Very good.

Breakfast was nice and the place was clean and super conveniently located near a train station. Staff was super friendly and while they spoke English they got super excited any time I spoke in Japanese which really made the effort I've been putting into learning feel worthwhile.

Very close to the station. A lot of eateries around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Amenities are excellent! Loved the bath salts!

It was righit in JR station shopping mall, and very easy access with huge suit cases. Room is good size for Japanese hotel, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

There are 2 nice bakeries nearby the station. A lot of shopping choices. 2 train stations.

Great location, right next to Funabashi Station. Everything you could need within a short walk. Impeccably clean and well maintained. Fantastic, friendly and polite staff.

the train station under the hotel and lots of shops and supermarkets downstairs. Easily accessible to whatever you want to do.
